Where is my order?
Shades are printed after you order, so the first few days are making rather than shipping. Your confirmation email carries the despatch date, and tracking follows when it leaves.
Will it fit my lamp?
Every shade has an E27 ring built in — the ordinary large screw fitting used almost everywhere outside North America. It drops over the lampholder like a fabric shade. If you are unsure, send a photograph of the lamp and we will tell you.
Which colour should I pick?
Bone passes about 60% of the light and lights a room; slate passes about 23% and is mostly pattern. Every product page shows each shade lit and unlit — switch it and see.
